ALABAMA
Birmingham- Collateral Mortgage Capital LLC has named Scott Kavel as vice president of senior housing and head of an office in Duluth, Ga. In addition, Catherine A.H. Bergwall, Patricia O'Bannon Muse and Jackie Williams have been appointed as assistant vice presidents.
Mr. Kavel will concentrate on the expansion of Collateral's senior housing originations. He joins the company with a background in arranging equity, mezzanine, construction, fixed and floating rate debt for senior housing units in 37 states.
Ms. Bergwall joins Collateral from Affordable Equity Partners Inc., where she served as vice president of acquisitions.
Ms. Muse has been promoted from marketing director, a position in which she worked to increase exposure for the company in the commercial mortgage banking industry.
Ms. Williams previously served the company in its servicing operations, most recently overseeing the escrow analysis on all loans, in addition to working with other departments to ensure the flow of servicing company wide.
