NEW DELHI, Jan 1 Asia Pulse - India's Department of Company Affairs (DCA) has settled 170 complaints till November, 2001 mostly belonging to individual investors, even as it approved the schemes of demerger of five ITDC hotels.
During the month, the DCA had approved the schemes of arrangement/demerger in respect of five hotel properties of the state-owned ITDC at Bangalore, Manali, Hassan, Bodhgaya and Madurai, an official statement said.
