As the debate rages on in the House of Representatives over the sharing formula adopted by the executive arm of the government in the distribution of revenue accruing to the Federation Account among the three tiers of government, P.M.News' ISIAKA MUSTAPHA in Abuja reports the nitty gritty of the proposed bill and how lawmakers sought to increase allocation to local governments was a heated debate last Tuesday on the floor of the House of Representatives, as members grilled the formula adopted by the executive arm of government for distribution of revenue accruing to the Federation Account among the three tiers of government.
