ANAHEIM ANGELS RHP Derrick Turnbow opened eyes with a fastball that topped out at 98 mph, and better command of his explosive two-seamer has made that pitch virtually unhittable. Turnbow will work on his curveball and changeup in Puerto Rico this winter, then compete for a bullpen spot during spring training.
