Standing beneath New Orleans Arena just before the tipoff of last season, NBA commissioner David Stern lobbed an idea to a small group of reporters: With Charlotte scheduled to become the league's 30th team for the 2004-05 season, maybe it is time to juggle the NBA's divisions, Last week, with the OK of the league's Board of Governors, Stern's idea became a likelihood, with approval expected to come within a month or so.
