JAKARTA, Nov 3 Asia Pulse - The Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), PT Asia Pulp and Paper (APP) and its creditors have signed a Master of Restructuring Agreement (MRA) on APP's debts totaling US$6.7 billion.
