GUANGZHOU, October 31, SinoCast -- In line with the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement between the Mainland China and Hong Kong (the CEPA), China has opened up the telecom value added service sector to Hong Kong capital as of October 1.
Besides, the mainland China gave a green light to Macao capital to enter the mainland's telecom value added service sector last week.
However, it is somewhat out of expectation that Hong Kong and Macao's telecom service providers have not poured into the mainland China after they were given the green light.
