The way we live today is prompting a rising level of obesity. At the same time, increasing obesity is influencing the way we live.

Who would have thought, a decade ago, that fast food outlets would be challenged in court for not telling customers that burgers and fries make them fat? Who would have considered claiming against an airline for an injury sustained sitting next to a passenger who took up more seats than they paid for?
