THEY may be rich, well-groomed and perfumed, but for one feisty lawmaker the Brat Pack smells to high heavens.

"The Spice Boys were

pushing for good programs and reforms. That was why they were mabango," said Akbayan party-list Rep. Loretta Ann Rosales, referring to the reformist group of young legislators in the 11th and 12th Congress. "(But) this Brat Pack now appears to stink because they are in a great hurry to remove the Chief Justice."
