On Aug. 28 and Sept. 1, the Industrial Revitalization Corp. of Japan (IRCJ) selected its initial set of four companies to receive public restructuring assistance. In an appeal to industry and finance calling for intensive use to be made of the IRCJ, Tanigaki Sadakazu, former minister of state for Industrial Revitalization Corp.
