CHINA, October 24, SinoCast -- In China Mobile's new round of selection of mobile phone models for its multimedia message and other data communication services, the smart phones of Lenovo, Sony Ericsson and Samsung won the bidding, which indicates that mobile network operators' demands for smart phone are growing.

China Mobile said it is the first time that a Chinese brand name wins the bidding. The domestic mobile phone makers are fighting for the smart phone market, a new growth point in the condition that the profits of normal mobile phone become less and less.
