Basseterre, St Kitts: At least 20 participants from six Eastern Caribbean countries and Trinidad and Tobago are here attending a one-week certification workshop providing them with the opportunity of understanding the fundamentals of operating in the Eastern Caribbean Securities Market [ECSM].
