Author: Average real estate price, including both commercial and residential properties, rose 4.0 percent year-on-year to 2,460 yuan (US$297.22) per square meter in the first nine months, with residential property prices alone also up 4.0 percent at 2,314 yuan per square meter, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said. The growth was slower compared with the first eight months when the average real estate price rose 4.6 percent year-on-year to 2,422 yuan per square meter, with residential property prices up 4.8 percent at 2,271 yuan.
