Political scheming for the candidature of former military president, Gen. Ibrahim Badamosi Baban-gida, in presidential election may have gained the support of some All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP) governors.
It is reported that four ANPP governors are campaigning underground for him. A source who is an associate of Babangida, told THISDAY in Abuja: "It is an open secret that four ANPP Governors are rooting for the General from Minna. The ANPP governors are not alone, some senior officials of the party are also involved in the campaign to market IBB for 2007.
