Politics & Law: Prime Minister Will Attend APEC Summit in Thailand.

Prime Minister Phan Van Khai will attend the 11th leaders meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum in Bangkok on October 20 and 21, according to a communique issued on Wednesday by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The ministry announced that PM Khai was invited to the forum by Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra.
Before the 11th APEC Summit, Foreign Minister Nguyen Dy Nien and Deputy Trade Minister Luong Van Tu will attend the 15th meeting of APEC trade and foreign ministers on October 17 and 18.
