Dataram Corporation (NASDAQ:DRAM), today announced the industry's first 4GB memory upgrade for Sun Microsystems' new Sun Blade 1500 workstation, as well as cost effective 1GB & 2GB upgrades. Customers can save up to 50% when compared to the cost of buying directly from the manufacturer.

Dataram's memory offering for these systems, the DRS240 series, is available in 4, 2 and 1GB capacities. The upgrades consist of a two dual in-line memory modules of half the total capacity. The DRS240 memory series was designed specifically for the high performance double data rate…
