The conference, supported by an educational grant from Interleukin Genetics and the Nutrilite Health Institute, is organized by the Tufts Health Care Institute, an affiliate of Tufts University School of Medicine, and the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy of the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging.
