Zagreb, 6 October: Croatian President Stjepan Mesic and the Chief Prosecutor of the UN war crimes tribunal, Carla Del Ponte, have discussed exclusively General Ante Gotovina, Mesic's adviser on foreign policy, Ivica Mastruko, said on Monday [6 October], declining to reveal any other details.

"They discussed exclusively General Gotovina, his voluntary surrender or his transfer to The Hague," Mastruko said after hour-long talks at the president's office.
