Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali held a meeting with US President George W. Bush in Washington. They exchanged views on important regional and international issues, including bilateral relations and Indo-Pakistan ties, situation in Afghanistan, [and] peace process in Iraq and Middle East. According to PTV correspondent Shakoor Tahir, Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali apprised President Bush of the efforts made by Pakistan to peacefully resolve all outstanding issues, including Kashmir, with India. The promotion of cooperation in various sectors between the two countries was also discussed in the meeting. …
