Provincial Director of Public Prosecutions, Mzwandile Ntsaluba, 47, has quit his position following his arrest at the weekend on drinking and driving charge in East London. His resignation was confirmed by National DPP spokesman Advocate Rudolf Mastenbroek on Tuesday. Mastenbroek said Ntsaluba's resignation, which came into immediate effect, was accepted by NDPP head Bulelani Ngcuka. "It is an unfortunate situation as Ntsaluba made a positive contribution to strengthening and transforming the criminal justice system in the Eastern Cape.
