CHINA, September 29, Sinocast -- China Ministry of Railways (CMR) disclosed that it planned to spend RMB 130 billion to finish the building of Beijing-Shanghai Railway in 5-6 years.

The news was got from a conference held in Hangzhou discussing the railway building. Attendants carried out hot discussion about the project.
