Hong Kong shares slightly higher on global bourses' gains, property stocks up.

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Share prices were slightly higher following gains in overseas markets, dealers said.

They added that interest in property stocks also contributed to the rise in the index.

At 10.05 am, the Hang Seng Index was up 103.10 points or 0.94 pct at 11,047.46, off a low of 11,000.43 and high of 11,051.73.

The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index was up 22.54 points at 3,114.07 while the CAC Index was up 11.75 points at 1,181.37. The GEM Index was up 3.68 points at 1,179.92.
