The rating agencies traditionally get in early during the Rendez-Vous event with their comments on the state of the reinsurance industry.
This year was no exception, with AM Best, Moody's and Standard and Poor's (S&P) all producing reports on the Sunday. What made it different this year was that ratings were already a hot topic and seemed to be the subject you could not get away from for the rest of the week.
