Two senior executives of a Las Vegas software company have pleaded guilty for their part in a scheme to inflate sales revenues as part of a series of deals with America Online.

Jeffrey R. Anderson, former senior vice president of sales and strategic development for PurchasePro Inc., pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. Scott H. Miller, the company's former controller and senior vice president of finance, pleaded guilty to impeding and obstructing a federal criminal for destroying documents sought by authorities.
