The Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan has denied "reports about giving to Azerbaijan a list of persons connected with the PKK". He also said that Turkish observers would monitor the Azerbaijani presidential elections and that there would be talks between the Azerbaijani, Turkish and Armenian foreign ministers after the elections.
