The Fondazione Guido d'Arezzo produces international choral competitions, facsimile and modern choral editions, annotated bibliographies, and the musicological journal, Polifonie, in an effort to promote the publication and performance of choral repertoires by knowledgeable, thoughtful performers. Polifonie's articles (two to three per issue) are in both Italian (or original language) and English and are thirty to sixty pages in length. They cover all aspects of the music, including editions, texts, history, performance contexts, music analysis, and lacunae in research and modern editions.
