Khartoum, 17 Sept: The State minister for Foreign affairs, Najib al-Khayr Abd-al-Wahab, Wednesday [17 September] received the ambassador of Belgium to Sudan, resident in Cairo, Mr Ball Brongert [name as published] and the honorary consul of Belgium in Khartoum.
