THE HAGUE, Sept 12 (ONASA/AFP) - The United Nations chief war crimes prosecutor for former Yugoslavia set a year-end deadline Friday for two wanted Bosnian Serbs and a Croat to be handed over for trial. Carla del Ponte told a news conference that former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic and Croat general Ante Gotovina should be delivered to the International Criminal Tribunal at The Hague before the end of 2003. "The continued delay in the arrest and transfer of all fugitives, including Mladic, Karadzic and Ante Gotovina, may endanger the completion strategy of this tribunal," said Del Ponte, who has had her term…
