THE HAGUE, Sept 12 (ONASA/AFP) - The United Nations chief war crimes prosecutor for former Yugoslavia set a year-end deadline Friday for two wanted Bosnian Serbs and a Croat to be handed over for trial. Carla del Ponte told a news conference that former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic and Croat general Ante Gotovina should be delivered to the International Criminal Tribunal at The Hague before the end of 2003.
