Tory attack on pension shake-up is so unfair.

SIR - In an item in the Western Daily Press on September 4, Shadow Work and Pensions Secretary David Willetts and help The Aged warned that the Pension Credit system was 'ferociously difficult to understand'.
I wish to say that I found it so simple and the Pension Credit staff were so helpful.
I telephoned the Pension Credit office and the person I spoke to said I could either have the forms posted out to me to complete or we could do it, there and then, over the phone if I had 20 minutes to spare. I opted for the latter.
