Saint-Gobain's Building Distribution division has announced the acquisition, by Point.P, of Dubois Materiaux (Kingfisher Group). Dubois Materiaux, merchant specialised in the distribution of timber, board and insulating materials, had a turnover of EUR 246 M in 2002 and employs 795 people. Its network comprises 14 locations around France. The acquisition fits in with the Point.P group's growth strategy and comes to complete its offering on the Timber-Board and Insulation market.
