Astana, 9 September: Romania wants to increase exports of goods and services to Kazakhstan, Romania's President Ion Iliescu on Tuesday 9 September morning said in Astana, within the bilateral talks with his Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev.

President Iliescu added that the Romanian authorities want the good political relations to reflect in volume and structure of commercial exchanges, as well.

A traditional field mentioned by both heads of state is the oil exploitation. At present, a series of Romanian companies such as Petrom, Rompetrol or Atlas have leased oil fields in which they intend to …
