The Independence Day of Kyrgyzstan is not a holiday of ethnic Russian people, the leader of the Slavonic Diaspora organization in [the town of] Dzhalal-Abad [the administrative centre of southwestern Dzhalal-Abad Region], Valeriy Uleyev, told a meeting of activists held in the Dzhalal-Abad town administration which considered preparations for Kyrgyzstan's Independence Day.
