SEOUL, Sept 1 Asia Pulse - South Korea's trade deficit in drug-related goods fell by 35 per cent annually to US$767 million in the first-half of this year, helped by the slowed import of low-cost Chinese medicines, a survey said.
According to the report by the Korea Pharmaceutical Traders Association (KPTA), a pharmaceutical industry lobbying group, exports of pharmaceutical goods stood at $US468.3 million for the six months ending June 30, a 5.2 per cent decline compared with the same period of a year ago.
