Dr. George M. Afeti, Principal of Ho Polytechnic, has stated that in all earnest civic education tops all forms of education in helping build the nation, and said it should not be taken for granted. He has therefore appealed to government to adequately resource the National Commission on Civic Education (NCCE), to enable it effectively discharge its constitutional mandate of making better citizens of us all.
