THERE must be more than one secret Jose Pidal bank account-if that guy who claims he is Jose Pidal is telling the truth. Because I have a confession to make: I, me, moi, am the owner of that secret bank deposit that Sen. Panfilo Lacson said is in the name of Jose Pidal. If that guy really were Jose Pidal, then there must be another account under that name besides mine.
Why did I deposit the P36 million in the name of Jose Pidal and not in my own name? For the simple reason that many other husbands do the same thing: so our wives won't know.
Do I have a mistress for whom the secret deposit is intended? No, I have no secretary or accountant.
Where did I get the money? I won in the lotto-twice. But you won't find my name in the records of the Philippine Charity and Sweepstakes Office. I also used an alias when I collected my winnings. Why? Because if it is known that I won in the lotto, I won't have a moment of peace. Relatives, neighbors, friends and even strangers will troop to my house to ask for balato.
Why is my address the same as the office address of First Gentleman Mike Arroyo? Because I am really an admirer of Mr. Arroyo. My ambition is to be like him who is rich, doesn't work, only plays golf all the time and has many friends in money-making government agencies.
