WHO is Marco Antonio Barrera that the mere mention of his name sows deep fear among the world's top featherweights?

To the avid boxing fan, Marco Antonio Barrera (57-3, with 50 KOs) is the planet's finest featherweight. Nicknamed "The Baby Face Assassin," he is considered a consummate prizefighter, who has a lock to Canastota's International Boxing Hall of Fame.

Barrera's credentials are now under scrutiny by Filipino ring aficionados. After all, Barrera has been booked to battle our very own IBF superbantam king Manny Pacquiao on Nov. 15 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

More than the $450,000 purse, the 10-round showdown will be the fight of a lifetime for Pacquiao.
