Texas Instruments (India) of Bangalore is ranked number one in India's first ever list of Top 25 Great Places to Work. The list has been compiled on the basis of a five- month survey conducted by Grow Talent Company of Delhi in collaboration with Businessworld and the Great Place to Work Institute Inc. The Great Place to Work model lays emphasis on what employees have to say about their workplaces. It focuses on the three key parameters of trust (do you trust the people you work with?), pride (have pride in what you do?) and camaraderie (like the people you work with?).

The survey covered 20,000 employees across 120 companies and participation was voluntary.
