The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Asante Akim North, Mr. George Kwame Frimpong has expressed grave concern over the raising of false alarms on the local Fire station's emergency telephone, by members of the public and warned that the Security agencies would ruthlessly deal with offenders if caught.

He has threatened offenders with prosecution in a law court for deceit of public officers.

Consequently, DCE Frimpong says the District Security Committee (DISEC) is to liaise with the Ghana Telecommunications Company to trace those whose telephones are used in raising such false …
