BEIJING, Aug 29 Asia Pulse - The China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) plans to build a new shipyard in south China's Guangzhou city, which will be the largest one in south China.
On Thursday, the CSSC signed a contract here with the Guangzhou municipal government for the shipyard project....
