Pakistan and India opened two days of technical level talks here yesterday on resumption of bilateral air links, while the creeping peace process between the two neighbours came under strain after deadly bombings in the Indian city of Munbai.

A five-member Indian delegation headed by civil aviation director Satendra Singh went into talks with Pakistani civil aviation team led by Major General Mohammad Ashraf Chaudhry, additional secretary at the ministry of defence.
