CALIFORNIA
Irvine-Lewis Allen has joined Option One Mortgage Corp. as chief appraiser. In this role, he will oversee the daily operation of the company's appraisal department.
With more than 20 years of management and real estate valuation experience, Mr. Lewis specializes in integrating technology and business into solutions for the needs of mortgage banking organizations.
Prior to joining Option One, he was vice president, collateral valuation and appraisal manager, at IndyMac Bank in Pasadena, Calif., which he joined in 2001.
In addition to operating his own consulting company, he has worked for Experian Inc. in Anaheim, Calif., and GE Capital Mortgage Corp. in Irvine, Calif.
