SOUTHERN African ministers who met in Maputo last week have agreed to a regional defence pact that will include supporting each other from internal or external threats.
Defence Minister, Sydney Sekeramayi, who attended the Maputo meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs', Stan Mudenge, said the SADC mutual defence pact was agreed to by all countries that attended the fourth session of the Ministerial Committee of the SADC Organ on Politics, Defence and Security Co-operation.
