Confirmation by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (CVR) that during the last 15 years 60 per cent of deaths in Peru are attributable to the Shining Path [SL] has angered Abimael Guzman Reinoso, altering his terrorist organization's stance on the organization in charge of clarifying human rights violations between 1980 and 2000.
