A KOREAN who flashed his penis in a fit of anger yesterday had landed in a Manila jail.
Hyun Jong, 41, was arrested as he was flashing his sex organ to pedestrians and motorists on Roxas Boulevard at about 10:00 a.m.
Insp. Kimberly Molitas and P02 John Taruc were driving from Quirino Avenue when they spotted Hyun's indecent display.
