The Australian military is rotating its peacekeepers in East Timor, with a further deployment due to leave the northern city of Townsville tomorrow. About 700 troops from the 1st Battalion [Royal Australian Regiment, 1RAR] will be carrying out border control and security alongside East Timorese police.
