NEW DELHI, Aug 1 Asia Pulse - The New Delhi-based International Long Distance operator Data Access is in advanced stages of talks with global telecom majors for a submarine cable whicg would connect India, Middle East and Europe, the total cost of which is estimated to be about US$125 million.
"We are looking at the potential of laying a fibre between India, the Middle East and Europe. We feel that such a project will cost much less than what it cost three years ago," Data Access founder and managing dirctor Siddhartha Ray said.
