BRADENTON -- Two men who reportedly tied up a teenager while posing as police officers prompted a manhunt that brought out the county's SWAT team armed with tear gas grenades and rifles.
In the course of nearly three hours, officers roped off a neighborhood at 13th Avenue West and Third Street, stormed two houses, and stopped people in the streets. As of late Friday afternoon, though, they were still searching for the intruders.
