Television presenter John Leslie was cleared of indecent assault after prosecutors dropped the charges against him.
The 38-year-old former host of ITV's breakfast programme "This Morning" hailed his exoneration, saying it drew a line under 10 months of "hell" for him and his family.
"What can I say. I am an innocent man. I've maintained my innocence throughout and today it has been justified," he told reporters outside Southwark Crown Court on Thursday.
"We always believed that justice would prevail and the truth would out. I have said that I would clear my name in the due legal process in a court of law -- and today I have."
