IF YOU want a twist in corporate giveaways, it might be good to check out out Negros entrepreneurs have to offer.
Small and medium scale manufacturers under the Association of Negros Producers have long made names for themselves in the competitive export market because of their designs and commitment to quality.
The huge local market, thus, presents a new growth opportunity for these entrepreneurs, particularly for corporate giveaways, says Vitaliano N. Nanagas II, chair of the Development Bank of the Philippines.
"There is, indeed, a broad market waiting to be tapped for corporate giveaways. As we all know, the choice of corporate gifts can either enhance or detract from the image of an institution. That's why the market for corporate giveaways is highly competitive and discriminating," Nanagas says.
Corporations usually look for reasonably priced but quality items that they can give choice clients, ranging from common to premium clients. The price usually ranges from P50 to P150 per item.
