VALLEY, already out of it, pulled off a shocking 3-1 conquest of Forest Hills to send the race for the two automatic semifinal berths into a climactic finish in the Federation Golf League matches recently in various venues.
Kevin Lachica and Wax Tolentino (scramble), Enrique Olives-Bong de Leon (bestball) and Zaldy Villa-Honor Mendoza (high-low) hacked out the needed points for Valley that gave Forest Hills its only loss so far in the eliminations.
